Official statement: new rule introduced, a bonus with a time penalty

The organizers, considering the "Rules of Participating" (The regulations may be supplemented and modified by this organization according to technical and organisational requirements), hearing that more of the majority agrees (Facebook poll) with the proposal, have decided to introduce from today a new rule as follows:

- Every rider can use a bonus in order to make a specific stage on his own, in order to continue the tour outside the fixed time scheduled originally with the followings conditions/penalties

- The rider must complete the same ROUVY ride scheduled in that day

- The rider must complete the ride only in race mode (no ITT o training mode) - The rider can use the bonus only once in the Tour

- The ride must be done in the same day (CE Time) of the original scheduled day - The rider must communicate to the organizer when he made the bonus ride

- The rider will receive a penalty of +10% of the time on the final bonus time. - The rider cannot gain points for the Climbs and Points rankings.
