Provisional Categories for the users: till Stage 3 we can make changes

The organization of the ILA New Zealand Tour 2023 have decided to make the following categories with the following users at the moment registered.

For each category we will make an Overall Ranking (Category x Overall Ranking) to assign the title and virtual Blu Jersey to the leader of each category. The categories are created using power/weight ratio and we can adjust them, moving the users, till the Stage 3.
